Previously Blu News has been circulated to our many clients in the form of a mass Email publication. With our new web site up and running we hope to bring regular features that will include menus, recipes and general catering information.

It has been a busy period for Blu Catering & Consultancy with summer contracts at 4 Friends and the Mar Azul restaurants coming to an end and new ones starting at Bar Diva and Louie’s Lounge, both running through well into next year.
