| My brother Tim is a Sergeant Chef with the Devon & Dorset regiment that had just returned from a tour of duty of Iraq where Tim was catering for over 1000 troops based in Basra.
Taking a few days R&R Tim and his wife Nikki came to stay with us in Spain. I had not seen my brother for 9 years, and the reunion was shared by the residents of the Dunas Green urbanisation who threw a party for Tim, with Blu catering provided the food and drink.
